Braveheart Tartan Great Kilt for Men is Known in Gaelic as the feileadh mor (Feileadh Mòr) is a true symbol of the Highlands and of Scotland.
Great Kilt is the big kilt you see wrapped around Scottish Highlanders of the 16th through the 18th centuries. It has picked up many pop-culture names over the years.
Plating:
Traditionally these kilts are pleated each time you wear them.
1) Measure the waist size at your actual waist, where you usually wear your pants.
2) Measure from your waist to about the middle of the knee.
Have someone help you. If you bend even a little while trying to do it yourself, the measurement will change.
Kilt Measuring Guide
A. Waist | Waist measurements should be taken at the navel level and the measurement must be tight. This is usually taken 2 inches higher than your hip bone or higher from where your trousers are usually worn. |
B. Hip or Seat Size | Please put your feet together, then measure the broadest part of your hips. Ensure that your pockets are empty! It’s not necessary. |
C. Fell Measurements | This measurement should be halfway between the waist and seat (bottom). The fell is the distance from the waistline to the hip measurement line. It’s not necessary |

A. Neck | Measure collar bellow Adam's Apple. |
B. Shoulder | Measure from the top of shoulder from sleeve joint to sleeve joint. |
C. Chest | Measure around the center line of the chest at the widest point standing straight up & down. |

E. Back Length | Measure from bony protrusion at the back base of the neck, straight down to the middle of the back, to the level of the knuckles of both sleeves. |
